Welcome to Citizens Volunteer Fire Company
The Citizens Volunteer Fire Company (CVFC) has proudly served our local communities since its formation on November 15, 1915.
Our group of volunteers cover a first response are in excess of 32 square miles and includes, - Fawn Grove Borough, Fawn Township, parts of Peach Bottom Township, South Eastern School District Administration Building, Fawn Elementary, SEMS- East and West, and Kennard-Dale High School.
We provide mutual aid to over 120 square miles including, Delta Borough, East Hopewell Township, Lower Chanceford Township, Stewartstown Borough, Hopewell Township, Cross Roads Borough, and other SESD Schools, and in MD - Whiteford, Cardiff, Pylesville, Street, Norrisville, North Harford Schools.
Our members serve the local communities in a variety of ways. We are the laboratory and service technicians; medical equipment suppliers; nurses; teachers; ministers; federal, state and county employees; construction workers; homemakers; and business owners of the community who unselfishly volunteer countless hours for the community.
